  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Bliss, Bliss is owned by DMMC – Diamond Manufacturing Management and Consultancy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any content provided by Bliss. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
  2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
  3. Service Availability
    Bliss provides services globally, except in countries or regions that are subject to international sanctions or restrictions, including but not limited to North Korea and Cuba. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of our services complies with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
  4. Payment Terms
    • Offline Services: Payment for services provided by Bliss will typically be arranged through personal communication and invoiced. Payments must be made by bank wire or credit card as specified on the invoice. All payments are to be made in USD.
    • Online Services: In the future, we may offer online courses available for purchase via credit card or PayPal. Payments for these online services will also be in USD. Our online services are subject to a standard refund policy, which will be detailed on the purchase page at the time of purchase.
  5. User Obligations
    • Lawful Use: Users agree to use Bliss services and website in a lawful manner, respecting all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from using Bliss services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the unauthorized use or distribution of Bliss content.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content provided by Bliss, including but not limited to workshops, coaching materials, and online courses, is the exclusive intellectual property of Bliss. Clients and users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any of this content without explicit written consent from Bliss.

  7. Dispute Resolution
    • Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation.
    • Arbitration: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Mauritius, conducted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Bliss will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use of or inability to use our services;
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
    • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
    • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
  9. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bliss and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
  10. Changes to Terms
    Bliss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes to these Terms by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
  11. Termination
    Bliss reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
